Our story

Good questions

Before your first round.

Do I need any experience?

None. HIIT classes need no experience at all. If you are new to boxing you start in Beginner Boxing, where the focus is on learning proper technique before the pace picks up.

Am I going to get hit?

No. Our boxing classes are non-contact. Intro to Sparring is optional and uses controlled, semi-contact partner drills. Headgear and a mouthguard are recommended there, and if you skip them your drills stay non-contact.

What is the 2-for-1 special?

Two classes for the price of one: $30 total. It is for new members only and both classes need to be used within 14 days of purchase.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice before your next bill date.

How do I book a class?

The GGG app is the fastest way to buy and book. Prefer to keep it old school? You can buy online without the app too.
